Built and scaled a SaaS business unit adopted by Microsoft’s worldwide sales organization. Led three strategic acquisitions during the company’s transition from the OTC market to NASDAQ.

Turnaround & Repositioning

Expanded national distribution to more than 9,000 Walgreens and nearly 6,000 CVS locations. Secured formulary access through OptumRx and the category’s first health plan reimbursement. Led the turnaround and B2B repositioning of a regulated health and safety device company.

Regulated Markets

Directed a joint venture that drove adoption of a cloud-based platform across 4,000+ healthcare practices, growing annual revenue from $65M to $110M and improving EBITDA margins from approximately 20% to nearly 30% over three years. Led a complex market consolidation in California’s regulated energy compliance sector, coordinating operational, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.

Capital Strategy & Restructuring

Secured institutional venture capital backing for a regulated MedTech company and structured a multimillion dollar recapitalization. Coordinated diligence, investor alignment, and capital strategy through the transaction process.

Stabilization & Divestiture

Appointed by an institutional venture capital sponsor to lead a portfolio company through a year-long divestiture process. Later led value creation and restructuring in preparation for a planned liquidity event.
